We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All content on this site—including text, images, graphics, and code—is the property of Rêve Noir Atelier and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law.

PRICING & CURRENCY

All prices listed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

You may request to cancel an order before it has shipped by contacting contact@revenoiratelier.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to our Exchanges & Returns policy.

PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors and dimensions. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colors with perfect accuracy.

Atelier collection pieces are produced in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed, and items may sell out without notice. We do not hold or reserve inventory.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, logos, designs, photographs, product names, and written content on this website are the exclusive property of Rêve Noir Atelier. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any material on this site without our prior written consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
