PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

All orders are shipped from Montréal, Québec, Canada.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING — CANADA

Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over C$150.

• Standard Shipping — C$12 • 5–7 business days
• Express Shipping — C$25 • 2–3 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping starts at C$35 and varies by destination. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days, depending on customs processing and local carrier timelines.

Please note that any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.

TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at contact@revenoiratelier.com.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
