RETURN WINDOW

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items received after this window will not be accepted.

CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

ATELIER PIECES

All Atelier collection items are final sale. Due to the limited-run nature of these pieces, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please refer to the size guide carefully before purchasing.

ESSENTIALS

Essentials items are eligible for size exchanges only. We do not offer refunds on Essentials purchases—exchanges for a different size are available provided the desired size is in stock.

SALE ITEMS

All items purchased at a discounted or sale price are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW TO INITIATE

To initiate a return or exchange, email contact@revenoiratelier.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Our team will respond within 48 hours with instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange within 5–7 business days.
